30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
For defective or damaged items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Used equipment, custom orders, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
